กำหนดหัวข้อโครงงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ กำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ ขอบเขต และขั้นตอนการดำเนินการของโครงงาน เขียนข้อเสนอโครงงาน นำเสนอข้อเสนอโครงงานต่อคณะกรรมการสอบหัวข้อโครงงาน และส่งข้อเสนอโครงงานที่ได้รับอนุมัติจากคณะกรรมการแล้วเมื่อสิ้นภาคการศึกษา
